This is the quintessential “social” trail, connecting the two main hamlets of the Sori valley.
The Route: From Sori, you hike up towards Levà through the olive groves. From there, instead of heading for the peak, you follow a mid-slope trail that cuts across the hillside towards Canepa.
What to See: You will pass past old rustic stone houses and tiny vegetable gardens carved into the steep slopes. In Canepa, you can admire the majestic historic watermill (no longer in use but historically fundamental) and the Church of Santa Margherita.
