In the small village of Levà, we welcome you to a house immersed in the peace of the hills, just a few kilometers from the coast, to enjoy the tranquility and the panoramic views that the Ligurian hinterland has to offer.
In Sori, a small gem nestled in the Golfo Paradiso just a few kilometers from Genoa and the Portofino promontory, we await you in a fisherman’s apartment just a few steps from the sea.
Walk along its paths, between the scent of thyme and the silver of the olive trees, to discover all the magic of an ancient land between sea and mountain: Liguria.

The Pleasure of Feeling at Home
A Glimpse of Paradise in Levà
Located right above the church of Levà, the house is reached via a short climb of about 50 meters from the church square… nothing too demanding, but paradise must be earned!
The house is divided into three independent apartments, each with its own private outdoor space. It was renovated a few years ago to be as eco-friendly as possible: it is fully insulated and powered by a photovoltaic system that produces all the necessary energy for heating, air conditioning, and every other need of Scorcio di Paradiso
The interiors feature furniture sourced from associations dedicated to the social reintegration of people experiencing hardships, beautifully refurbished by us to give them a second youth.
Each apartment features a balcony bar, awnings, and a private terrace in the garden complete with a barbecue, table, chairs, and deck chairs.
They are also equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, television, and Wi-Fi to comfortably allow for remote working.

In the heart of Sori, just a few steps from the water, this apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient fisherman’s building, only 200 meters from the beach.
All local services and shops are right outside your door, and private parking is included.
The 90 sqm apartment consists of a bright double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed (+1), and a single bedroom. A living/TV room (with a potential sofa bed) and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen complete the space with everything you might need.

The Hills Next to the Sea
Levà, the Magic of the Hinterland
Just 5 km from Sori, Levà dominates the sea from above. Here, nature rules the landscape: among prehistoric ferns, pastures, and trails, you can spot buzzards, deer, foxes, badgers, wild boars, wild horses, and even wolves.
Levà represents the “middle Liguria”: no longer just the sea, but not yet the high mountains. Here, the stone terraces shaped over centuries by dry-stone walls (a UNESCO World Heritage site) host Lavagnina olive trees, from which a delicate olive oil is produced.
Furthermore, Levà is the gateway to the historic trail network of the Via del Sale (the Salt Road), perfect for hikes immersed in nature.

Sori, the Life of a Seaside Village
If you are looking for that perfect mix of sea and hills, Sori showcases the most authentic side of Liguria. The village gathers around the mouth of the stream, with traditional caruggi (narrow alleys) climbing up toward colorful houses, and a Blue Flag beach of sand and pebbles overlooking the Golfo Paradiso.
Here, gastronomic tradition is a core identity: trofie al pesto are a symbol of local memory and heritage, and Sori proudly claims their paternity.
But Sori is not just about relaxing on its wide beach; its hillside hamlets offer spectacular trails winding through olive groves and dry-stone walls.
